Tesco south street store. There's a staff called Daniel. Best staff I ever seen on a supermarket. He greated me on arrival and helped me fo find the product I was looking for. Very profissional and friendly. Thank you Daniel. Tesco should be proud of you.
Very rude very slow staff, queue to the counter always takes way too long and staff have no idea where anything is, asked one if they had parsnips and they didn’t even know what a parsnip is, security stand about doing nothing but get in the way, Asda express down the road is a much better choice, friendly staff and security.

Bharat is exceptionally rude, and brash. While I can understand that some days can be frustrating when working retail, being polite to someone who has done nothing to you should be the bare minimum... All I wanted was to return a parcel via Evri, and I was spoken down to, then spoken rudely to before being dismissed. There are no signposts clearly visible instructing someone to get a label from the Evri printer before going to the desk - I waited 20 mins in a queue, got told incredibly condescendingly/rudely to go get a sticker first, and then had to wait another 20 minutes at the back of the queue, which kept increasing in size while he was on the till...
Terrible Customer Service – Rude Employee in a Cap and Intimidating Security! My recent visit to Tesco was nothing short of a nightmare, thanks to the rude behavior of an employee in a cap (who also happened to be at the till) and the intimidating actions of the security guard. When I asked the guy in the cap for help finding an item, he was shockingly rude. Instead of assisting me properly, he just waved his hand vaguely and said, "It’s over there, just look." When I couldn’t spot the item, he had the audacity to mock me, making it seem like it was my fault for not finding it. The attitude he gave me was absolutely unacceptable. But things got even worse when I went to pay. Turns out, this same guy was working at the till! His unprofessional attitude didn’t stop there. He barely spoke a word, avoided eye contact, and tossed my items around carelessly as if he couldn’t be bothered to do his job properly. The way he acted made the entire checkout process feel like a hostile experience. His lack of respect and poor attitude were even more apparent when handling payment, and it felt like I was being rushed out of the store. To top it off, the security guard had been following me around the entire time, giving me suspicious stares. It was uncomfortable, to say the least. He didn’t say anything, just kept staring as if I was doing something wrong, even though I was just shopping like a normal customer. Tesco, you need to seriously reevaluate your staff’s behavior. The Indian guy in the cap was rude from start to finish, and your security made me feel like a criminal. I won’t be returning after this dreadful experience. Customers deserve better!
Probably my first ever visit to Romford. Rather a nasty little convenience store. Security guard looks as though he'd rather not allow customers to enter the premises. I was trying not to laugh. No idea what language the till staff were speaking, as we couldn't understand one another. However, I managed to find what I wanted on the shelves so not all bad. Location convenient for tube station.
Employees always unhappy to accept evri parcels and very often find excuses not to accept them. Either machine plugged out, out of paper or pda not working. Disappointing... P.s. picture attached (beem this way over a week)

I finished work quite late. On my way to the bus stop, I went to Tesco express to buy Coca-Cola and alcohol, they told me that they didn't sell alcohol because it was too late, but I could buy Coca-Cola. It's the first time I've heard such nonsense, and I was left without Coca-Cola
The Staff are always willing to assist you. Very friendly neighborhood shop.
