   Title: Serious Safety Hazard, Injury, and Unacceptable Staff Misconduct ​I am writing this review after a deeply disappointing and painful experience at this Tesco branch on 13 November 2025 at approximately 10:20pm - 10:55pm. ​I entered the store and immediately suffered a slip-and-fall injury due to a wet floor next to entrance area/main aisle, despite a wet floor sign being present. While I sustained only a minor injury, the way the situation was handled by the staff was appalling and completely unacceptable. ​The security guard on duty at the time laughed at me while I was on the floor injured. When I recovered and attempted to raise the issue, he was immediately defensive and denied any wrongdoing on the part of the store. Furthermore, when I asked for a manager, I was given contradictory names and was eventually told there was no manager available for the night shift, demonstrating a clear failure in overnight supervision. ​This level of unprofessionalism and mockery following a customer injury is shocking, especially for a loyal, long-term customer. When I mentioned the incident would be covered by CCTV, the security staff denied this. ​I have filed a formal complaint with Tesco Head Office regarding the safety lapse, the complete lack of customer care, and the appalling staff conduct. A business must do better than this. Potential customers should be aware of the safety risks and the staff's poor attitude when an accident occurs.

   I always go to this tesco for my shopping there one staf member who's name jahan this guy behaviour is very good ,he always help me to put my shopping in the bag after scaning really like the way he help ,thank you soo much jahan for ur kind.

   Used to be a good Tesco express, however, it has become markedly more displeasureable to shop here. For one, the front door is absolutely atrocious as it takes about 15 seconds to open while some strange alarm goes off. Which means you are left standing there as if your custom isn’t wanted or they assume you are going to run in to steal (which when the door opens is still a possibility so what is the point of this nonsense?). Further to this, the availability of stock is hit or miss, with occasions where the entire meal deal sandwich selection is nonexistent aside from a few of the worst options offered.

   In the first place what is the point to have a phone number advertised if you dont answer? In the second place what is the point to have a shop when most of the time you dont have anything that I need to buy? And the third I just want to ask what is the point to complain everytime when you dont do anything about? I have the feeling that your branch will close soon.
