Why cant they just answer the phone? I just want to check if the Evri is working so i can return something. I have been several times in the last week and theres been a sign saying its out of order.
PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT I THIS STORE. They have over changed me 3 times. (My club card did go though) or the offer was never been redemption) The last time I confronted one of the staff about why he was rude to me he asked me to leave the shop and refused to give me my parcel from evri.
This place needs a deep clean the staff can’t even be bothered the wipe the tills down it’s filthy in there the manager must be proud
Has a fresh bakery & self checkouts, Parking is often a nightmare outside and cash machine frequently broken or sometimes even destroyed. Sometimes stocks white lion bar duos.
Staff always friendly security guard always says hello certain times may be low on stock bit always restocked later that day or the next
My partner was overcharged in the store. The employee was chatting with him and he didn't pay attention how much was the bill. He gave him £10 of coupones as well. When got outside realised something was off and checked what he bought and gone back straight away but employee said he can't help and do not remember what he bought ( 5 min ago).Called manager and was told nothing can be done as he did not took his receipt. Whether his been lied on purpose or by mistake the respond is outrageous. Take and check your receipts if you shop there.
I have never been to any tesco (or supermarkets large or small) where fridge spaces are wasted to stock items that arent usually kept in fridges. Multi-pack cans of soft drinks, large 1 litre bottles of water or soft drinks (which are refrigerated once home) and worst of all, actually bottles of Ribena and other squash drinks (all undiluted) all of which seriously dont need to be put in fridges!! All these items are usually found on shelves. This Tesco express is wasting a lot of money and energy refrigerating these items!? Use these fridges to stock more fridge based items like meats, dairy and fresh products or remove these fridges and save the environment from energy waste by putting up more normal shelves.
Just your box standard Tesco express on the inside, however as it is converted from a pub it has a very unique exterior when compared to most Tescos in London, especially the drab one down the road towards Romford. Stock is decent, with a good selection of goods including a modest meal deal selection, good for a quick stop during your commute. And there are four tills, adjacent to two self service checkouts, which makes lines are rare occurrence during most times of the day.
