   It is fairly easy to get around the store, although it gets busy at times.Staff appear to be frequently re stocking the shelves and freezers, and there are sometimes delays at the checkout because there is often only one till open and people arrive there disorganised and not ready to pack and pay for their purchases.

   Online Shopping always comes with a problem. Over the last few months its been everytime and i refuse to put any more money in eriths pocket or whoever delivers the online shopping. Most of the drivers are heading to the van as soon as they've dropped the Shopping at the door. When trying to sort out *missing food, *food that looks well bad but still in date (clearly stored wrong), *or even food thats run out of date that same day or within 2 days. its such a long process. ie you call them, they ask for pics sent to this email, then even though you've put all information needed they then ask questions, trying to go back and forth not answering the email for a day or two. So you end up just giving up. The amount of money I have lost to this service is unbelievable. Iv even had Shopping not turn up the day its supposed to and the same items that was clearly bagged from the night before (little paper on bags shows date) then delivered to me the next day with bits missing, and by that i mean 2 cans of energy drinks missing from a 4 multipack box, that sort of thing. The service really is bad both picking and delivery. I wouldn't give any stars if that was a choice.

   Thanks a lot Iceland Erith. This website says you are open 10am-4pm today (easter Sunday) and one cab fare there and back wasted as you are not open. Please amend it for next year and stop people throwing money away?

   Always seems to be well stocked. Their prices have gone up a tad, but then that's everywhere. The shop is located on the 1st floor. You can use the escalator ( when it's working ) or the lift. Bottom line is that you have to lug all your shopping down to your car in the car park. Which is free, but has a 3 hour time limit.

   There isn't much going on at the shopping centre as most major stores have left. However, Iceland has most of your grocery but can get really busy on the weekends.

   The price don't match the items when I query manager took ages then said no its not then the cashier started pushing my shopping aside so she can serve the next person the manager walked off without an apology Iceland Erith won't be going back

   Quite well stocked but usually only one person on tills. Even when queues are really long staff seem reluctant to open another till and some find it quite amusing when customers get frustrated at waiting. I have abandoned my shopping on several occasions.
