This Tesco store is worst store that I never seen before No stock maintaining,thee behaviour of the employee is not good,They are closing 6 min before 23:00 every day.
Unprofessional staff, highly dedicated to the old guy who was sitting inside the counter, zero sense of customer service.
Coffee machine is never working in the morning. They get it ready for after nine o'clock as "they don't want people buying meal deals before work non stop"
Shopping here is beyond irritating. They recently added 2 more self service tills so four in total and not even one takes cash? Being at work all day, wanting to catch my bus but instead watching it go past because i’m stuck in the line for a 10/15 minutes while people that want to buy alcohol etc and people that want to pay cash have to wait in this one line. Why not add a cash service to at least one self checkout, just being lazy! so frustrating
The store is not clean at all the staff are also seemingly not keeping up their hygiene, as the whole store smells in different odours.
It is a small store with only the essentials but it is quick enough with usually one person on the till and the two self service tills open. There is an an automated Costa Coffee machine.
Went into grab a cold drink for an upcoming tube ride.....big mistake there was a horrible smell in store it was like all the raw meat had decided to go rotten at the same time, it was horrible. Omg never smelt anything that bad in a long time. Went and got a drink someplace else. Returning back from London we were waiting for the bus and you could still smell it even from the bus stop absolutely disgusting
Decided to open late but didn’t say anything to the customer outside waiting. I think this is unprofessional as some of us got work to go to. The person was walking around the restaurant and didn’t try to have any contact with the customer. UNPROFESSIONAL. It was an asian guy. I think you need to tell the customer next time if you are running late to open.
