   Amazing how every time I try and shop here I have a worse experience than my attempt before. Horrid experience. 3 time push out of the way. Staff hanging around, not sure what they are doing. The queue was not very big but was growing longer and longer, but still staff not helping. I picked up 3 items and all damaged. 1 of them, when I picked up spilt, maybe, beer on my top. In summary rude, unhelpful and dirty. 1 star is generous. Now I'm going spend my money is a far nice shop. As I had to leave, smelling of beer, and confused: how can super Tesco get it so wrong!

   Unorganised and messy, I would rather say everything is everywhere. So many selfs are empty, really hard to get help from colleagues. Front door is manual for couple of days, very hard for you if you use push chair or if you are wheelchair user, very congested place. Free cash booth is available outside and 30 minutes free parking.

   Absolute disgrace.. the so called manager harassed my son after he had bought something. Saying he wasn’t dressed properly and was unkempt and other shoppers were complaining. My son was in the store for two minutes buying a frozen pizza. Who is he to judge that wearing a tracksuit to the supermarket wasn’t good enough. Tesco have a big issue on their hands with this store, discrimination is a legal issue!

   This tesco express is never open on time says 6 am open times !!!!!! Never ever open on time don't waste ur time until around 7 o'clock they don't care an don't leave a note to say why there not open at 6am when it has signage to say it is open at 6am !!!!

   very rude employees. they show visible discrimination. They show visible racism. They nag, and when you ask for help, they behave impudently and impolitely because you are taking away their time to pick their noses. I am extremely offended and feel discriminated against every time I run into them in the store. Very bad and unprofessional attitude.

   The security guy, tall white guy with greasy hair that pays close attention when you check out smells really bad. Sorry but he needs to be made aware that he needs to use deoderant and not hover over people so much.

   This is my local Tesco but I prefer to go to the one out of my way down Oxlow Lane. This is because time and time again the customer service is lacking. I'm sure the staff are very nice and I appreciate that they work very hard. But common courtesy, such as making eye contact and acknowledging me, listening when I'm asking a question, instead of talking to a customer who has already left, is in the book of human relations, not just a Tesco employee Manual. Try better next time please Ms. Siwanee. (Friday 20th May at 13.18)

   Very poor management today. Staff allowed a queue to form down the length of the entire store whilst two tills (with arguably poor social distancing protections) struggled to keep up with it. Meanwhile an empty self-service till was not even being utilised - you would have thought the three staff (1 manager and two cashier's) would have called out it was empty. Those were just my main complaints... There were more!
