    Refusing to provide bags? The workers justification was people stealing them. How can you expect someone to go to a shop and not be able to purchase a bag? Had to go into the co-operative to buy a bag and take my shopping home? Absolutely ridiculous

    Visit today to collect my order All the staff was rude.The lady I asked to collect my order was on the phone and don't care about customer and other lady who was on till was horrible didn't say hello or bye and she was on the phone us well totally egnoring customer. Rubbish store.

Public are very nice and friendly. it's important to be nice and friendly and in return that's what you will get. Come in and say hello have conversation have lovely stay at sainsbury.

    Went to pay £150.00 rent. Didn't get a receipt. 2 weeks later rent call say they haven't received payment. Called Sainsbury's told them time and date, no transaction recorded so it means a member of staff has pocketed £150 but there not interested. Don't pay your bills there. By the way they are a rip off as well
