Public toilets have been out of order for months. Looks like a CSI crime sceen theirs so much tape over the door. Sort it out, you're not poor!

Lovely staff who do their best to help. But management need to get things in order, ensure enough checkouts are open and the shelfs are full. Keep on cutting staff resulting in a bad customer service pushing customers away. Can do better. If I could I would give zero stars

Freezing in the supermarket and always has been. I wasn't happy and shivering So out of date. Need new fridges new look and updates. Not looking like the 1980s. Toilets out of date bad and great for nectar points that's it. Look at the old tiles floors so old 2 stars atm

Sainsbury's is always a good choice for shopping but it's important to bring nectar card with you and must used on checkouts. Also to get more benefits/discount unlock all offers in nectors app. Products are great . Staff is helpful. Prices are reasonable.

I visited Sainsbury’s Hornchurch hoping to buy school uniforms, but unfortunately this branch doesn’t stock children’s uniforms, which was disappointing. The self-service checkout was a bit slow at times, with the machine occasionally struggling to recognise products, so that added to the wait. There’s also no Argos service here. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the overall customer service was excellent, which made up for some of the inconvenience.

Good for shopping but beware the expense you won't get much for your money just like Tesco's prices but better food

The shop wasn't over busy today, so we were able to get around quite comfortably and quickly, and get all the shopping that we intended to get, there was quite a few reduced bargains in the store as well.

For the most part the slogan "where good food costs less" is generally correct though prices have increased dramatically during the cost of living crisis. Staff are friendly and helpful. The fish and meat counters were good but sadly permanently discontinued due, it seems, to the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic. Smart Shop and self-checkout can speed things up on a big shop. Large car park but difficult to find a space during busy times. Easy to over spend but bargains can also be had & Nectar app offers many personalized reductions. Sadly recent reorganization of the store has seen a number of products being dropped especially premium items such as French butter.

Convenient to the max, clean and well laid out. Great till staff including Raj and the brunette girl who is really pretty. It scores lower on some items compared with say, Tesco or Lidl but overall Sainsbury's is the winner.
