Needed EV charging urgently yesterday as a family member had been rushed to hospital. The terminals weren't on, so I went in and asked if the EV charging was working. Smart mouthed guy at the till sarcastically said 'it doesn't look like it' and that was it. I would avoid at all costs in the future.
It has everything you need for a quick shopping trip. The employees are kind and responsive. They work quickly and professionally. There is an ATM at the site, which is close to me if I need cash. There is also the possibility of collection and release of shipments. I recommend!
Rude shop assistant with broken English said they were closed and didn't serve me bit after 11pm. Website shows 24 hours opening times...confusing experience.
The prices in this shop are appalling!!! There was a sandwich for five pounds in there today! There is over priced and then there is this, they are charging double for items that are also in Tesco's and Asda. They shouldn't be allowed to rip people off like this and people shouldn't buy items at this price as it allows them to over charge.
They do not trust customers to use a basket, you can pick up a basket at the till after you done your shopping as customers might steal them. Not all customers steal so don't treat us as if we do.
Rude with a big attitude problem. Was abused by one of the men behind the cashier for asking for a petrol can. Can’t believe you sell petrol and not a petrol can honestly I’ve never heard of it. Totally ridiculous!!! Will never use or even go in one of these chain stations again.
Try to rob you for your money by accepting orders and taking the cash even though the items are missing. Numerous occasions we have had to take the route of complaining to deliveroo. Disgrace and will never use again.
In here maybe three or four time a week, purely due to location convenience. Service is pleasant enough, but 95% of the time it’s terribly slow and inefficient. Really frustrating as it’s not hard to get right - consistently disappointing from a trusted brand.
