The workers are very bad, they rub their hands all over their noses and then come and hit the plants with their hands
Last night, my friend went to buy alcohol. The cashier asked my 18-year-old friend for her ID. He showed her his picture on his phone and said he was 23. The employee was also 18 years old. Can an 18-year-old sell alcohol? Even if he was an employee, when we went to talk to him, a woman working there said, "I'm the manager here and I won't sell you anything."
I always find what I want food or drink wise. Staff are friendly. Club card prices are good. Shame they still have the covid screens up.
went to this store the other day and was amazed by the service! it was pretty late so I was very nervous to be going in as a solo female, but their employee named rhys helped me feel safe and find my products asap! definitely gonna be my go to Tescos!
Be wary of this branch tonight i went in there to look at reduced to clear items i did not buy anything as i was leaving the shop a member of staff black woman asked if i had paid. Also one of the security stopped me a couple of weeks ago for no reason. This store makes people feel uncomfortable. Shop elsewhere avoid this branch of Tescos.
It’s ok but staff seem to be more focused on stock then customer service. It’s like you are a pain for asking a question or wanting help. Good shop let down by staff who are not that bothered .
Service today was terrible! It just takes that one time. Had to ask several times for assistance as the produce wouldn’t scan, thinking someone was coming to help me and looked back and the assistant just continued with what she was doing. It was too much effort to help. Sad customer service seems to be down the drain these days.
Staff there are always really super friendly and nice and quick to serve. Nicely laid out shop too.
Majority of staff not wearing masks and not keeping their distance from customers. A lot of customers not wearing masks and also no adhering to distancing and no one their to police this. But generally, really shocked that staff not wearing masks and getting so close to me in the store, aisles not a metre wide let alone the legal requirement of 2 metres. Disgusting. Also, one staff on the till despite the co op being closed and a lack of stock aswell tonne mentioned - no shower gel no toothpaste! Staff on till talking aload of rubbish unnecessarily about his holiday to Spain to holding up rest of the queue. Does a child manage this store? Seriously.........
Right next to my work with pay and display Parking space right in front of it though it’s hard to find a empty space. Store has very friendly staff and they are very helpful. Like the new costa express machine. I also like the way store has been arranged easy to find stuff. Generally store is clean and neat. Items are kept in the correct shelves and priced correctly.
