The restaurant was nicely decorated. The food was just OK, the fish fillet and sauce was good but the steak was very tough and difficult to chew! It felt veiny and the food just ruined the nice atmosphere the restaurant had. The service was slacking, place was very empty but still no one to bring you to your table despite the “wait to be seated” sign. As we tried to get our own seats, finally did they mind and stopped us from grabbing our own seats. They made us wait next to a sea of empty tables, then they left to handle some other dishes before finally seating us. We did not feel respected at all. But it was fine, we came for the pictures and never coming back here again.

We really enjoyed our visit to the Cosy Club. The decor is interesting and atmospheric. Service is very good and the food was lovely. I tried the Chorizo Hash. This was the most unusual breakfast I had ever had but it was very tasty! My wife had sourdough toast which was the polar opposite to what I got but she loved it. The coffee is really good too. We will be revisiting very soon!

The food was good, not exceptional, the salad was just ok, the seafood linguini was better. The veggie burger was great. They do need to add a bit more ice cream to the desserts that come with one small scoop to balance them out. There was one person behind the bar who took the order and seemed a bit lost, possibly new at the job, but he was still very helpful and the others were efficient and the service was friendly overall. I am giving 5 stars mainly for the atmosphere and seating which lives up to its name. The food is good enough. Dog friendly too.

Nice experience. Good choice of gluten free food and good practices in place to ensure food safety. Restaurant was slightly cold and service was friendly but not as attentive as we would of liked as we had to ask for more drinks and desserts. Overall a good experience but had the potential to be even better.

I was expecting a whole other decor. Sofas, pastel colours. Instead it looked like a mens club. Enjoyable though. Really friendly staff - they all acknowledged us. Great atmosphere. The side dishes are very small, and expensive, but nice. Great cocktails, I highly recommend the Black Forest Martini.

Friendly staff and good food. They were super accommodating of an allergy that one of us had. I ordered the green risotto with chicken and dauphinoise potatoes. The risotto was delicious and so were the dauphinoise, the chicken was a bit dry though, and I should have just got the risotto as was. My friend tried to order 3 small plates but they were out of the ones he wanted, so he got Asian chicken, prawns and bang bang cauliflower. He said the chicken was a little over done and the prawns a little lacking in flavour but still nicely cooked, the cauliflower however was great, I tried it myself and I agree. Overall a cool place with great staff and nice atmosphere, some of the food was great and just disappointing that they had a few things missing.

Really enjoyed our brunch there during our savage shopping in town. Very conveniently located it has a bar / cafe area and a restaurant one. Quite a few options to choose from on the menu, and the quality of food was good. My cappuccino was very light and fluffy. The service quite prompt, the staff very friendly and helpful. A really nice experience.

Fantastic food and great atmosphere! The staff were very polite and attentive. I had the buttermilk chicken and chips. I will definitely be back to try the breakfast! Would recommend to anyone thinking about having food and drinks in Liverpool 1
