Do not take large in post parcels. They blame this on inpost. Inpost take large items everywhere else so I doubt this is true

I left my dog outside in the back with their dog and he had the best time . Love this shop.
These people have a poor dog they keep out back in a small area (not even a back yard) for hours at a time (even well after midnight crying and barking to go inside). You can hear the dog constantly crying and barking to go inside. Any business/residential that treats an animal like that is no good.
Absolutely worst shopping experience. Never again I will go there, new owner is rude and don't care about anything but him self
We’ve lost a little fav! It’s gone downhill massively - I think there are new owners and they’re nowhere near as good or friendly. Product selection has gotten much worse. They’ve stopped applying any distancing or mask rules so it’s packed and uncomfortable - unsafe these days.
I went to this shop today to return a parcel from ASOS as the shop was one of the options for return. I have used this shop before for returns you have to show them a bar code and they will print the label. Before i even got to the counter the lady behind the counter loudly tapped on the sign which said that the label printer was not working. So i asked her what i should do. She was very rude and told me to take it elsewhere as there was nothing she can do then turned her back to speak to someone who was behind her. Unhelpful, rude ... Just what you expect from someone who works in customer service!

Rang up to see if they were still operating collectplus returns, rude on the phone and wasn’t interested in answering. Left the phone on the table I think. Poor customer service, spend your money somewhere else...
