Andy was amazing, polite and friendly. He was careful with my furniture when moving it and putting back in place. My carpet looks like new, would highly recommend and use again.

Booked to have our sofa cleaned and re-protected based upon Google reviews. Although the sofa wasn’t particularly dirty, I am very happy with the work completed and would certainly recommend this company. We had to rearrange the date due to an issue that Platinum had with their van but in fact I would say that the early communication of this and the subsequent rearrangement highlighted their excellent customer service too.

Fantastic service. Really informative phone call to establish what I needed and then a thorough clean of my sofa, persevering with a couple of stubborn water marks too! I was amazed at the professional machinery that they have…. Will be using this company again to clean all the carpets in the house very soon!
We used Platinum carpet & upholstery cleaning for the first time last month. Great experience since booking with them until the ended of the job. Very professional, knowledgable and focus. They really care about what they do, with attention to detail. They also cleaned out hardwood floor brilliantly. They are by far the best cleaning company I ever used. I will defiantly contact them again next year and will recommend them 100%.
The team turned up on time, rang me with an hours notice and where extremely quick and responsive when booking the appointment. Customer service quality continued throughout. Moved furniture, hoovered underneath before they started. End result was not expected. I did think the carpet was past restoring, but it’s like brand new and was left bone dry in less than 2 hours, for living room, hall, stairs and landings. Fantastic service all round!
Great service today, cleaning two large chenille fabric sofas with 5 years worth of kids eating on them. Service was prompt, clean, explained well and most importantly the sofas look new. Very reasonable prices (they are true to their website), and so much better than me trying to do it with vinegar / bicarbonate soda that I found on YouTube. Well done Platinum.
Laura is extremely personable and responded to my text very quickly. The chap that arrived with her showed a passion for getting our carpets clean. The entire time his focus was to get the carpets and mattress as clean as possible. I will definitely be booking them again. Thank you. A quick efficient service.
I cannot recommend Platinum highly enough, great communication and exactly on time with my elderly mother, who they were kindness itself to. The sofas look like new and they kept me informed with pics and info. Excellent value and wish they could come to London to do mine.
