Responsive, reliable and really fast. Amazing results and honest guys at setting expectations. I had a wool carpet and they told me it wouldn’t be able to made new due to nature of the wear. Results were still fantastic but they were really clear from the outset it wouldn’t be perfect, although they got it as close as possible! Really made up with results and would definitely recommend.
Fantastic service. We were offered a good variety of times so we could choose a suitable time for us. The response time was fantastic, no waiting around. The communication was also great and they let us know they were running a little late so we weren’t worrying. Couldn’t fault them! Thanks a lot.

Phil and his assistant cleaned our large settee and chair. His response to my initial query was very prompt, an appointment was made and they were very punctual. The service was superb- professional, clean and polite. The result: my furniture now looks amazing and exceeded our expectations. Great experience right from the start. Great communication, extremely helpful and replied to messages really quickly. We had our stairs landing and two bedrooms cleaned by Phil and his team and the results were brilliant. You can tell they care and are passionate about their job. I phoned Prokleen to clean my 3 seater, 2 seater couch and recliner chairs. The service was outstanding, very polite and great pride taken in the work done. The team turned up bang on time and completed the job to a very high standard, the couches and chair look brand new. Very happy customer and would 100% recommend to anyone.
