Not only did he remove the stubborn stains flawlessly, but he also cleaned the landing and stairs to an exceptional standard. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and delivered outstanding quality work. What really stood out was his attention to detail — he even left us a bottle of his own stain remover for future use and took the time to explain exactly how to use it properly. Another top quality clean by John. This time it was our teenage daughter’s bedroom carpet, which has had 5 years of stick (slime, make-up, spilled food & drink stains on it), and it has come up like new. Well worth the money for a job done right. We will definitely be booking John again.

Had my hall,stairs landing carpet cleaned . First time in 20 years! It came up like new ; had forgotten what a lovely carpet it was until John cleaned it. He also did a bedroom. Equally impressed. Happy with the care he took on it all. Def recommend 5 stars. Also happy with his way of cleaning as I didn't want big machinery or water leaking onto my oak floor hallway.
