Gone down hill so much since new owners took over. Out of date food, rude and unhelpful staff. Generally these days I drive up the road to the Co-op whenever possible

There’s this one man who’s always there who is always so rude and asks inappropriate questions. Gets angry if you just are there to post a parcel.

Staff are friendly enough, but be very wary of the bakery section. Bought a muffin so rock hard I am not sure we can eat it. Have to wonder how many days it has been sitting there to be hard enough that you can knock it against the kitchen counter and it doesn't even change shape.

I often use Nisa on Courtlands Drive for Yodel returns, and while I’ve generally had no issues in the past, my recent visits haven’t been as positive. The staff have been quite abrupt and don’t seem to be fully listening to customers. On my last visit, it took multiple attempts to explain that I was trying to send a parcel. Despite clearly saying β€œsend” and holding the parcel in front of me, the staff repeatedly asked if I was there to collect a parcel. This might be due to a language barrier, but if that’s the case, it may be worth reconsidering who handles customer interactions at the tills. That said, I want to emphasize that the process has always been completed correctly, so there’s no issue with the outcome. However, addressing these communication gaps would help improve the overall customer experience.

This shop has drastically gone downhill since the new owners have taken over. I used to go in & buy fresh French bread on a Saturday/ Sunday lunchtime to take to my elderly mother. Now when I go in the bread is often rock hard & definitely not fresh. When I queried this the rude woman behind the desk claimed it is baked everyday & by lunchtime it goes hard because the shop is cold!! Her customer service was appalling & I will now be shopping elsewhere, also be careful they overcharge you on somethings, that woman is very sneaky at the till!

The customer service in this branch is bizarre. Especially the lady she is very very very rude

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Still a student, I was reprimanded by the cashier in such a demeaning manner. It was a man I hadn’t seen before in the shop, and had done nothing to, but he felt obliged to speak to me in a remarkably hostile and discourteous way. I would not recommend nisa local to anyone as of this point, due to the comments made.

This particular lady at the till can be very VERY rude to customer most of times. The store management needs to do something about it. When shopping here she’s always giving me impression like she better than anyone.

What a shop. Nice layout brilliant selection particularly frozens. Much better than the tesco down the road and much nicer staff too

Can't complain with this store. Polite service and gave me space to shop despite trying to close up. Only thing I can say is the price tags were packing on some items. Still reasonably priced
