    Horrendous experience today when one of the workers in the shop would not give me my parcel, despite me showing him ID, proof of the parcel tracking number and even getting InPost on the phone (who told him to give me the parcel). He refused to do so which is illegal. My husband went back later and another worker there who is polite gave him the parcel straight away, so clearly the man I spoke to was clearly just being difficult to try and assert his power over a woman. Very shameful indeed. Thanks for adding stress to my life and making me cry over your own incompetence.

    Absolutely rude people !! I called to ask if i could return a dhl parcel with them, as it states on my return label that Harefield costcutter take dhl returns. The person on the phone said he wasnt sure if he could take the parcel...then said he might be able to take the parcel...then when i said what's the point of me bringing the parcel to return it if your not sure if you can take it....then they put the phone down on me. I called back, they wouldn't answer ! Id advise anyone that needs to return a parcel via dhl NOT to use these rude people !! Awful rude customer care !
