   Use this store quite a bit – mostly for post office services – and the staff are generally very nice. There’s only one post office counter and the service can be a little slow – cause the staff member serving has to go and find each person’s parcels. I was especially impressed on a recent visit when there was a long queue and a young man came over and offered to get people’s parcels ready to speed up our waiting time. I’m guessing he saw the long queue and wanted to help. That’s impressive! When I next saw the manager, I mentioned this positive experience and he explained that the young man was a trainee manger named Jamil. With such initiative, I suspect Jamil will be rising fast up the management ranks at Morrisons.

   Lovely people but unfortunately whenever I go there I buy the milk and it is off and has bits in it so must not be stored correctly and when I get ice cream in summer it’s completely melted already. There’s also lots of stock left around as I’m guessing there’s no space.

   I went in Morrisons on Saturday especially for cat food and paracetamol but I picked up more goodies in my shopping basket When it came to pay my bank card was not going through I attempted 3 times tried cashing money even tried other means no luck I was feeling so embarrassed Then realised my card was blocked due to bank fraud phew The assistant Aiden had packed my shopping and I told him I will go home and come back to pay He insisted saying don’t worry and had paid for it I was more embarrassed and insisted on getting my daughter to come and pay We came back relieved and paid AIDEN back He was so kind and courteous Humanity at its best I couldn’t thank him enough for having trust in me Thank you again to Morrisons too for employing kind friendly staff who are most efficient too Mariam

   I went into Morrisons last Saturday hoping to get some smoked salmon for my breakfast. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find it so went to ask the manager where it was. The manager was very friendly and kind but informed me that they don’t sell smoked salmon there! I was very shocked and disappointed! The manager was very polite about it but I would need to see smoked salmon to give a 5 star review. Please escalate this to your CEO.

   Terrible customer service from Callum. I went to post two parcels as I usually do, having paid online. Callum served me at the post office till for the first time, but he would not accept the parcels and did not give me any reason either. I normally get served by other staff, so I asked if I could ask one of them as there are never any issues normally. Callum was then very obnoxious and said "no because I'm the manager" and pointed to his badge (which said "deputy manager"...) - I was shocked. I then left and came back a few hours later when another member of staff was at the post office till. My parcels went through perfectly fine. The problem was with Callum and his horrendous attitude. Prior to serving me, I noticed he refused to let a woman exchange an item that she had bought literally one second ago, because she bought the wrong thing.

   Lovely shop and very clean! Staff were friendly and lovely when you need help and nothing was too much hassle for them! Used the post office today and it was so handy having it near my house and the man behind the till when I had no idea how to send the stuff I needed to get sent was very helpful and would highly recommend
