   I wanted my wheelchair wheels repairing and after going to a mobility shop in Shelby who had no idea what to do and after a phone call told me it would be £160. I took it to J’s who within 10 minutes replaced the inner tubes at a cost of £21, the staff were brilliant from answering my enquiry email to completing the job. Thank you It makes a massive difference to my mobility

   I recently purchased a Pinarello Dogma F frameset, and also at the same time a Dura Ace groupset, which J's cycles were happy to price match for me. They personally delivered my bike instead of using a standard carrier and even built up the bike with the groupset for me at no extras charge. I also received a free saddle. With help from the gent who delivered my bike I got my wheels on and checked it over to see it was working as it should. Overall I cant fault their customer service and communication throughout. Even after the delivery I received a call to check everything was to my satisfaction. Brilliant service all round. I would highly recommend them.

   This would have been a 5 star review had it not been for a stock level/description discrepancy that led to some confusion about the spec of the wheels available rather than any slight on the performance of the selling team. I was fortunate to have dealt with Josh and Chris from Js and they were very knowledgeable and helpful to all of my purchasing experience. They were also particularly forthcoming with their communication of which packages could be most appealing from a cost/benefit perspective and call backs plus the delivery service was top notch for a new high spec bike. The set up was also very pleasing via measurements and translation to the mechanics with very little to adjust at the receiving end. Many thanks, Chris

   Excellent service. I cycled into work and my rear tyre broke / bent. Dropped it off and was fixed within the hour, so I was able to cycle home. Very reasonable price as well.

   Can't recommend J's highly enough. I dealt with Chris who was always willing to go out of his way to make things easier for me through the C2W process. These things can take a while but Chris kept me informed throughout, accommodated all my requests and changes and even managed to get me my bike sooner than expected. Bike was built to perfection, with the added bonus of my old components having been put through a parts cleaner so they felt brand new!

   Recently had 2 bikes serviced here (road and MTB) and the guys were very helpful when booking the bikes in, they reviewed the bikes and advised what level of service would be best based on the condition of the bike. In both instances, they recommended a lower level of service than I had intended, so saving me money. Both bikes have run faultlessly since their services. Great workshop to use.

I'd been looking for a specific 'high-end' Scott bike for a couple of years now and after only a couple of days, their E-commerce Manager, Chris Day managed to secure it for me via Scott. Would highly recommend them if you're looking for first rate customer service.
