Wouldn't give me my money back on a item I returned! When I was served they said nothing about having a credit note ! Customers should be told this when they purchase anything from the shop!!! Not good enough. WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN! Reading the reviews I see I'm not on my own in this decision. SORT IT OUT!!!
So pop in last night to buy some things, at 17.06. There no staff anywhere the two i do see are busy talking to them self's after standing around for 20 mins not being served, went somewhere else. What's the point of moving across the road if your staff are usless
NO REFUNDS Sports direct are a joke they have a sign they hide and then show you it when you ask for a refund. The cashier doesn’t inform you of their refund policy. I will never shop here again you are holding peoples money for no reason the it was returned in the same condition and you could easily resell it. Absolute theft in my eyes.
Went in to buy football boots, shin pads and goalkeeper Gloves for my 9 yr old daughter. Found someone who obviously didnt want to help. He was rude said no size 5 Boots. When asked about shin pads and goal keeper Gloves he just said ohh they are down there and walked off. Gloves were out of reach so we just put pads back looked at the size 5 football boots they Did have and walked out. Would NOT Reccomened
The staff were very unapproachable during my last visit. The store itself is often overcrowded and chaotic with clothing rails in every place possible. This store honestly makes me feel incredibly claustrophobic.
Avoid this store the lady with red hair on the till was rude and the manager was very rude. No customer service skills at all showed me up in front of other customers I won't be returning I will use the store at whiterose the staff there are alot more polite
Very good. We were looking at trainers. The chap who served us was excellent. He checked the availability, cleared those we had tried but didn't want and overall was very attentive to our needs without being pushy.
Aisles in this store are quite small but there is alot in this store. Plenty of choice. Staff are friendly and polite. Had staff on door to ensure it isn't too crowded. Feels covid safe. Wouldnt be majorly ideal for wheelchair users if the store was crowded. Was tight with a pushchair. That is the only downside.
