   I would like to leave a very heartfelt review for Evans Cycles Castleford and especially for a brilliant staff member called Alec, who truly went above and beyond. I was trying to buy my girlfriend her very first e-bike as a Christmas present and found a better price at another Evans Cycles store that I couldn’t travel to. I phoned several stores to ask whether a price match might be possible, and Alec was the only person willing to actually ask the questions and try to help. Thanks to his effort, patience, and genuine customer care, I was able to purchase the bike through the Castleford branch. My girlfriend opened her new bike on Christmas Day and was absolutely buzzing — it made the day even more special. This is also the second bike I’ve purchased from the Castleford branch, and every single time I’ve received fantastic service. Experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. Thank you, Evans Cycles Castleford, and a huge thank you to Alec for outstanding service. Hero!

   Visited today for the first time. It's been the best shopping experience in years. I don't know the name of the guy who helped me today but I must say he has been so kind and patient answering to my endless series of questions. I am definitely returning, well worth a slightly longer drive to get to receive such a great service.

   I never leave Google reviews but just felt I needed to acknowledge the service I received today. I've not always been a fan of Evans but Alec at the Castleford store today saved me a proper headache today by finding a spare part for a proprietry Whyte chainset in his toolbox. This meant I could fix the bike straight away so my son can ride to College tomorrow. I was expecting a lengthy special order or an expensive new chainset and bottom bracket. Thanks, I will definitely consider buying my next bike from this store.

   Very experienced in ripping people off I believe in second chances yet again left disappointed to the point we’re I definitely won’t be going back took my sons bike in for repair under warranty but was fobbed off. Spend your hard earned money else where. Found a shop nearer to me more variety friendly staff and when there’s a problem deal with it how they should All terrain in salts mill
