   I bought trainers in black size 6 but l was sent a white pair. Trying to return them l was supposed to pay for postage to send them back and the shop wouldn’t accept the trainers as l have to return them through online where l bought them. l was supposed to pay for postage. I wrote to SportsDirect customer service it took them the whole week to get back to me. Then l was asked to confirm if l am the account holder l responded . Two days later l got another email saying l had not confirmed if l was the account holder. So in the end l got annoyed and left it. Disappointed though.

   I shopped today in the Wakefield branch! Wow the young girl Georga was amazing! I have 7 grandchildren and was shopping for all of them. Georga helped me on the shop floor, finding sizes, also showing me the different sorts, from short shorts to long being no problem whatsoever. Also she explained the deals and offers available to me! I left the shop almost completing my Xmas shopping what felt like having a personnel shopper! When her till went down half way through my very big shop..she just took it all in her stride reassuring me that she knew what she was doing! She obviously has worked in customer services because she was so professional at her job. Then she handed me vouchers off my next visit! Amazing experience. Just ask for Georga if you need help. Thank you sports direct...hope you appreciate your staff.

   I went to the store on Friday i liked my visit i went to buy a coat and i bought some Adidas leggings in the sale. You could move about in the store it wasnt busy but could move around could speak to the staff easy enough. There is selective sale items going off in the store depending what you are after

   Grandma took granson and told him he could choose anything!?. The staff members were so good. Polite, friendly and informative. The guy on the trainers was so good. I will be back. Gran wants some stuff lol. Thanks. P.s he has not taken the clothes off! I expected to not to put heating on this week. However, very suprised at the good value and quality.

   The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered shoes the previous day for my son and when I called up the girl on the phone was very rude when I asked about my order without a product number. She then hung up on me and refused to answer the phone. After 32 failed tries to get through I gave up.
