   SCAMMERS. BEWARE!! Just plain fraud. I ordered a package of 2 tests (day 2 and day8) after I travelled from Italy to the UK. The kit arrived on day 5, so I wasn't able to take day 2 test. I took day 8 but the results never came in. Nobody ever picked up the phone or answered my emails. I have only received a few of threatening emails from them saying they would sue people who have insulted them in their complaints. LOL!!

   This is the worst case of open fraud i have ever come across in my life. I booked a day 2 and day 8 test before coming from Canada. I have never received a receipt from them. Today is day 8 and my day 2 test result is yet to be sent to me. I emailed but got nothing back. I took a day 5 test with another company on the list and they are very prompt. I paid money for a service i NEVER receive with Atruchecks. The government should NEVER have given this company any contract at all. I am disgusted and fuming. No one should ever use this company. It is a total disgrace and taking advantage of the COVID situation. They should be stricken off the list.

   If I could give 0 that would be my review! Absolutely no customer service! I spent over £100 and I can't manage to get the results! I've been trying to contact them sooooo many times but no one cares in this company! They don't even respond to emails. What the hell of company is this??? No instructions in the tests on how to send them back or how to get results. Honestly so bad, definitely do not purchase anything from them!

   What ever you do do not use this company for any covid tests. I book a pct test on my return and was supposed to receive Day 2 & 8 test kit and it wasn’t delivered at all. I emailed them 3 times with zero response. I hnow had to contact the bank to chase my refund. I can’t not believe direct gov uk gave the company a contract. Who ever set this company is clearly a horrid person trying to benefit of Tax payers money. Just awful!!!

   SCAMMERS - DO NOT USE THEM. This company is a complete scam. My partner ordered the test and he never received it, tried to call them more than 20 times and no one answered. Also tried emailing them and no one responded. How do we get our money back?
