Popped in on the way home from the hospital before going shopping in Watford Atria. Picked up some cold drinks on a hot day for myself and my children. Nice range of food and drink for a small shop. I only grabbed what I wanted without having a detailed look at everything. Man on the tills busy on the phone and just put his hand out for money without stating how much it was. I was a bit put off by this lack of interest. Would have left the items if it wasn’t for my kids being there. Customer service needs to be improved.
