Waiting time on prescriptions shooting up. Honestly, save yourself the hassle and go to Tesco Pharmacy instead. It's cheaper with better opening hours and ample parking.
Fabulous boots branch all the staff super friendly and customer focused even though under pressure a lot of the time 10/10
Awful chemist If you need medication don’t use this chemist They say they have ordered items in and they haven’t and they don’t even tell you until you get there after saying they have ordered them in for the next After going 4 days without medication even with me calling and then saying two they had ordered them they still didn’t haven’t them This is awful behaviour I had to ask to get my prescription back to go elsewhere because they still didn’t order the item in
After my experience at Boots today, I honestly wish I could give lower than one star . I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at Boots, particularly from a staff member named Vicky. Today my doctor informed me that my prescription would be ready to for collection and with that I visited Boots Ollerton to pick it up. Upon arrival, a friendly staff member assisted me, but it was discovered that my prescription was not yet ready. Although I was disappointed, I remained patient and continued to engage in a pleasant conversation with the helpful staff member. However, my interaction was abruptly interrupted by Vicky, who emerged from the back and confrontationally questioned how long it had been since my doctor had informed me that my prescription would be ready. Despite not being involved in my initial interaction, I calmly explained the timeline. She then proceeded to pull a face at me and ignored my response. Vicky was extremely ignorant and when asking for her name, she proceeded to ignore my request, and I had to check her name badge to obtain the information. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I found Vicky's behavior to be both unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope that this feedback can contribute to an improvement in customer service at this location.
Put my prescriptions monthly sometimes twice a month for my mother when the script is ready I receive the text message and they go above and beyond the front house. Staff are really nice and the pharmacists are very well educated and polite along with the rest of the team. I think this particular branch runs in an extremely professional manner, I would recommend if you are at any other pharmacists to change to this one
Lovely people happy to help if you need it witch in places like this you affen need help as its not good to pick things if you don't know about what you needing to buy or can't read the small writing

No baby milk for under ones! Had to go elsewhere. For a big outlet they don't really hold much stock. Evidenced by running out of essential items like baby milk. If the marketing manager knew her/his stuff, they wouldn't have ran out of anything! Especially something that is so obviously going to be in demand? I don't get that. Shows abit of naivety. No offence intended.
My prescriptions are never ready in their entirety - three items per month. Took it in on Monday, went back today (Wednesday) to get the balance - was told to come back on FRIDAY. Totally unacceptable by any standards.
Friendly helpful staff, who pointed me in the direction to get something for my sons wound dressing. This is a small branch, they offered to order in but I needed it urgently. Excellent.
