   I did my shopping from here went to self check out as no till was open. The guy with the red Christmas jumper was very rude. Is this how you man treat your customers ? I found it very unprofessional. Earlier on I did ask for help I got no help got told from the same person is over there. What does that mean ? If you guys are short of staff I guess don’t send ur staff outside for smoking. Half of the staff it’s in the car park smoking cigarettes. I hope this review gets taken serious

   Stop forcing people to use the self checkout. While others may use them, I personally don't want to use them for ethical reasons. It's not my job to police myself and check myself out as I do not work for LIDL nor am I receiving a paycheck for contributing to the supermarkets cost managing solutions. If you see customers clearly queueing at a cashier's lane, it is clear that they don't want to be bullied into using the self checkouts just so you can maximize your bottom line profits. To have to defend myself that I don't want to use self checkouts in order to be LIDL's customer as opposed to any other supermarket is outrageous.

   Big size store with plenty of produce. What make impression that it looks understaffed as there was only one cashier operator for 4-5 tills and helping the self checkout machines at the same time. Parking is big and has large spaces which helps avoiding unnecessary accidents and it’s also free for 2 hours stay.

   Well its not the best looking from the outside. But inside they have loads of stock. The bread rolls in the morning are fantastic with a good price They have a access for wheelchairs which is great for you disabled. And to top it off they the car park its a decent size with electric charging points on site
