Poor service byt John @ 18.40, the set up of pay at kiosk was not available on pump 1, asked him to switch ask him to switch the function on to which he refused and insisted.I reverse a long wheelbased fan in a tight space. In order to move to the right pump , that was authorized. I spent all over a 100 pounds and it wasn't difficult for him to switch the pumps. This type of obstinate behaviour whilst raising your voice at a customer is not how you should be doing business. Granted, It is in a prime location, but if there's an issue, the fuel tank is on the wrong side. One shouldn't be reversing in a fuel station. In order to reposition their Van Poor show.

On August 10, 2025, at approximately 9:00 PM, I visited the Tesco store in Chelsea to buy pastries and bread. I saw a female employee discount the prices of baked goods, but instead of distributing them to all customers as they were on the shelves, she gave them to another woman who appeared to be waiting for her. They appeared to know each other. This behavior is unfair and discriminatory. Discounted products should be available to everyone, especially during the cost of living crisis. Such favoritism is unprofessional and contradicts the values of fairness and respect that Tesco embraces. I request an immediate investigation and to ensure that staff follow fair procedures in the future. Kind regards, Chelsea, London

I recently visited the Tesco store on Fulham Road with the expectation that it would be open 24/7, as stated on their website. However, to my disappointment, the store was closed when I arrived after its regular operating hours. This was especially frustrating as I had specifically chosen this location for its supposedly convenient hours. Not only was the store closed, but I also found the staff to be unhelpful when I reached out to inquire about the store's operating hours. It would have been more courteous if they had provided accurate information or updated their website to reflect the actual store hours. As a customer, I rely on accurate and up-to-date information to plan my shopping trips. This experience at the Tesco store on Fulham Road left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. I hope that the management takes this feedback into consideration and ensures that the store's operating hours are clearly communicated and adhered to. Overall, I cannot recommend this Tesco store on Kings Road due to the inaccurate operating hours and unhelpful staff. It's crucial for a store to be reliable and transparent with its customers, and this store failed to meet those expectations.

This place is not open 24/7 as stated. They are frequently closed between 1am and 5am.

Staff completely rude, the lady and the supervisor especially also would like to point out the lottery and scratch card should be done at 11pm not 10:20pm . It’s against rules and regulations

I am so grateful to this place being open 24hours. I have health problems and one night my blood sugar dropped and they were fantastic. It was before lockdown. Last Saturday I nearly collapsed and a lovely young man named Malcolm asked me if I was ok. I explained it was my back. He carried my basket to the till. I felt like I wished he was my son. My neighbor goes to Tesco instead of the other supermarket cos he says it is far better. Thank you all for your help.

I am a regular customer at this store because it’s next to my home. Since COVID-19, I always put the items (before paying for them) in my own plastic bag rather than holding the shopping basket, which changes hands tens of times every day. I feel more comfortable carrying the items in my own shopping bag and I have been doing that in all stores. When I go to the cashier, I empty my bag at the counter and won’t mind if the cashier wants to take a look at my bag to make sure I took all items out. Today after I was almost done with my shopping, the security guy came to me and said that I was not allowed to use my own bag and had to put the items in the shopping basket. I tried to explain that there was a pandemic and this was more hygienic than carrying the shopping basket, but he insisted and said that these were the rules. I emptied my bag in the shopping basket he gave me and left the store. I will not return till the pandemic is over because I won’t carry the shopping basket. I crossed the street to Sainsbury’s and got what I wanted while putting the shopping items in my own bag. I am not sure if this is a new rule that Tesco is imposing, or if it was always there. I respect that this is how they want to manage their business, but I will do my shopping elsewhere.
