   My son went to get some trousers for a hiking trip, he lives at home and wanted to use our family membership, sadly it had expired and was told he'd have to pay £38 not the membership £30. At no point did the sales clerk suggest he buy a new membership for £5!! Sure my teen was plonker but surely good customer service would have meant she suggest it (I suspect it is policy not to so they charge the higher price). It's fallen so far from the Mitchel days it's un-recognisable. :-(

   THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AT ONLINE RETURNS. TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES BUT KEPT SAYING THERE WAS A FAULT. WILL NEVER SHOP AGAIN. I PHONED THEM BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY COULDN'T SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. ITS DIFFICULT FOR ME TO TAKE IT BACK PERSONALLY AS THE STORE IS TOO FAR AWAY. DISGUSTED.

   Was a bit disappointed with a member of staff ,I had a text on my 3rd day to collect had a text today saying my order ready to collect ...went to store and was told my order was sent back in stock and to look in the shop no help where to go not helpfull ....but the shop is well stocked and you can get some great bargains so wasn't disappointed in the end just puzzled why text me today and it wasn't there ,if there wasn't a otherone there would have been a wasted journey ...but won't put me off in going back

   One of few camping shops in my local area where you can go to see tents erected. It is a large shop with lots of parking. The shop is well stocked the majority of which is on the ground floor, just push bikes upstairs. Only downside is their website states the shop has items in stock and this is not always correct, so I recommend phoning the shop first to check stock availability even if the website says they have it if you are after a specific item.

   Very tired store, empty shelves and poor displays. We regularly vist the go outdoors in Leeds, so we very disappointed with our vist here. The shop is looking very tired and worn. The products are all over the place and the shelves were quite bare. They didn't have what we were looking for in stock and the staff did not want to help us find an alternative. The tent display was a bit scruffy and most of the tents were poorly erected. Most of the guys were tied up rather than pegged out which wasnt great as it was quite a windy day. Some of the tents also had holes. Ovdrall they looked likr they had bsen up for a few months but had been forgotten about. Its a shame because there leeds store is excellent. We actually went there straight afterwards and the difference in the store and the service was notable.
