I had a very poor experience. There was a rude and unhelpful attitude among the staff, with customers being treated as though it was a chore to serve them. It left me feeling unwelcome, and I won't be returning.
You gotta love their £1 frozen meals. VALUE!
Went one time,needing to pay for the parking that when you are a customer of the shop is absolutely ridiculous,shop js understaffed,a nice lady was a cashier and when there is no customers she was helping on the shelfs
Local supermarkets seem to have a better selection. Also, the offers are not great value unless you need/want to buy more than one item. What about people that don’t live with families and have flatmates or live alone? Another thing, Easter products are already being advertised. Isn’t it a bit early?

I have not been here for over 10 years. Wow. The space is now crowded with more goods. They have amazing offers. Lots of stuff for £1!

Staff helpfully, big car park , doesn't have everything you need like a tescos, mainly frozen goods
Right behind Wood Green shopping Mall on Mayes Road. Away from the chaos, crowd and busy area which is a very negative for a supermarket to be. Affordable prices. Great staff. You'll find pretty much everything. I prefer their frozen section. Their straight cut chips used to be £1.25 for 1.5kg. Now the quantity and the price has been changed. You get 1kg for a quid which is very sad! Same goes for the fish fingers in a pack of 40! Iceland is the only supermarket who stocks 'Slimming World's frozen products. Knowing store opening time is very important so I'm attaching a pic of the store opening time.
