   Great convenience store with a gas station and a few parking spaces witu up to 30 minutes parking, if needed. Friendly staff. The reason for 3 stars is I find this Tesco Express store is charging more on various items than other Tesco Express stores in the area which is not on.

   Slow, very slow service. Pay at the pump for a couple of pumps is not working for more than 1 year, with no signs in place, you place your card in the reader and nothing happens, then again and again... time wasters. Go inside and find a queue that could surround Croydon itself, wondering myself how can so many people fit in this shop, but, at the end of the queue "surprisingly", 1 member of staff at the tills. Unacceptable, I would say!

   The staff are very helpful you can that there is a wide variety of things on the shelfs , although it's very busy on the tills they get it done quickly with a smile on their faces .

   Don't go here unless you're prepared to waste a lot of your time. Pumps hardly working or available , no cards accepted at the pumps so be prepared for an hour wait in the line because for some reason people use the petrol station for their weekly shop. Absolute joke of a "petrol station"

   Its fine. Nothing to complain or compliment. Usually I get everything I need. The freezer doors thought are always open that should be taken care of. They dont give receipt unless they are asked which is odd.

   Unhelpful and rude staff. Staff on the forecourt hiding behind the petrol pumps using their phones. Went to purchase petrol at 23.30, stood there for ages with other customers, waiting for fuel to be released. One customer had to walk inside to find out what the hold up was. Two staff members on the till conversing between each other. Then a lame excuse that the pumps had been turned off. No signs up, no indication from the staff. I used to be a Tesco employee, they’ve clearly lowered the bar on who they employ for the company

   I have lived locally for 3 years and this Tesco has its work cut out supplying a major road and residential area. The shelves are filled regularly due to high demand and since Tesco got back on track there is plenty of great value products. The staff are great and work hard. Go after rush hour and they are chilled and friendly, like other people. Just need a bigger a Tesco for the area.
