   One of the staff there is accusing me of stealing food or drink, and he misjudged me. I’ll never go there, and one of the staff is racist. I’m not comfortable.

   so i had a pretty crappy experience at this store. the cashier didn’t put all my stuff in the bag and when i came back, he started yelling at me, saying they didn’t take anything. he was an older guy, so i felt bad arguing, but it sucks to pay for stuff and not get it. really not cool, hope they fix this so it doesn’t happen to anyone else

   My experience at Tesco Express on Shirley Road was extremely disappointing. While browsing the alcohol section with friends, we were approached by the manager in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. Despite politely explaining that we were just browsing and willing to show ID at the till, he insisted on seeing it immediately and even questioned the validity of one of our IDs. He threatened to call the police and made derogatory remarks about our immigration status, causing us unnecessary distress. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and it’s concerning that someone in a managerial position would treat customers in this way. I hope Tesco takes appropriate action to address this issue and ensures that all customers are treated with respect and dignity.”store manager who was saying you need to have id to look at alcohol I would have given no star if there was an option but it’s not letting me post an review without giving star

   I made an online purchase, to be delivered on Sunday. It was never delivered, I called customer service, they apologized, they refunded the shipping costs and told me that between 3 and 5 days they would refund the amount to my current account. In my Clubacard app it appeared as delivered. On Friday, and because they didn't refund my money, I wrote to the customer service WhatsApp, and they texted me that in the deposit they forgot to make the refund, I complained because 5 days had already passed, and they told me that they would make the refund this same day. The day after, without a refund, I wrote again, and they tell me that I have to wait 3 to 5 more days. What rubbish company is this?. this is a robbery, no other supermarket charges you for a purchase until you receive it, and Tesco does it, bill you for the purchase, or keeps your money unless you claim it.

   Certain staff here WILL trick you with prices. If not using the self service till, check the total and query the cost of ANYTHING that you have to ask for from behind the counter. They conned me out of a few quid.

   Been here before a few times, it's ok stock wise but my god, the staff are the most lazy and miserable people I have every met. They are rude and just unpleasant. Disliked it so much I haven't been back for the past four or so years.

   Don't believe the 'special offer' prices near the till. Bought Jaffa cakes advertised for 60p - got charged £1.10p. gone too far to take them back. Cheats.
