The assistant were very arrogant and not accepting the people who are aged 25-30 years also not accepting the age requirement criteria. And also they are not allowing the customer to purchase the alcohol products who are above 25 years bcoz they are saying have to pay extra money for accepting the age requirement...
Small, grubby shop with limited selection of produce. Always arguments & fights breaking out between staff & shoplifters. Self service tills never seem to work. Staff are pleasant & helpful.
Dear Manager, On 22nd September at around 7:15 PM, I prepared a salad plate (£4.5). With a drink, the total should have been £5.5, and with a lighter £6.59. At the till, however, I was charged over £8. When I questioned this, the cashier (Monir) mentioned something about a discount, which left me uncertain and uncomfortable. This raises concerns about pricing accuracy and customer trust, as shelf prices should match the till prices without relying on cashier discretion. I kindly request your review of this issue.
The staff was really kind and helpful, but I bought an adapter which doesnt work at all . I found out it the day after and I couldnt go back to change it to new one because dont waste my time (1.5 hour for return). It was very unlucky..
Bigger Tesco than average. Fruit Mix with chocolate label on the picture but no one left. The entry side was dirty have to do street cleaning there.
Self service tills staff two of them at front bantering to staff member doing her shopping, backs to the tills ignoring their duties. Was at least 3 minutes before one of them looked my way and saw red light. Give jobs to foreigners but British public have to suffer.
I always stop here on my way to work to grab a quick croissants, as they are very good. There’s a very good assortment of things and this is larger than the typical express grocery store. The self checkout is efficient but I don’t understand why they never turn them all on at once instead of having a line- that can improve.
Claims to be open 24hr but I’ve been here several times around 3am this week (I’m working nights nearby) and each time have been told they’re closed, come back later. Whilst the staff stand around smoking and on their phones. Sort it out Tesco!
Awful experience from here.especially the Security man. I am working nearby, and I always have no more time before work so I go around if there is anything I can buy ,some time I don’t buy anything .Today I went this Tesco and didn’t buy anything,this security man chased me outside and ask me why I always come and don’t buy anything?excuse me? Did you see I steal anything?I have my rights not to buy or buy ? I called manager to complain about this ,this is racist and humiliate. I am still shaking because of the anger,I’ve never been treated like this before .
This is quite a big Tesco with a good range of products. Not really an Express store but more like a Metro. It's right next to Liverpool Street station so a good place to get some snacks if you're travelling. Cheaper than the station food outlets.
