Had my first ever lesson on Saturday and was very impressed. Having never done anything like this before I was quite nervous however, felt comfortable straight away. No egos or an uncomfortable atmosphere. Very friendly. I learnt so much in just one lesson and had an amazing workout. Would definitely recommend this place. Cannot wait for my next lesson!
