    Popped into Tescos Leyton at approximately 9:20pm. Queued up to pay and needed the cash only till (no actual til operators at this time). Whilst waiting for the till to be free a staff member kindly reminded me that I should have waited further back until the till was free. I moved out of the way so I wasn’t blocking anyone as I was made to feel very uncomfortable. I then proceeded to pay for my goods whilst listening to the 2 members of staff laughing and joking very loudly whilst members of the public were queuing up to pay and they needed assistance. This particular Tescos is very unprofessional with staff congregating and laughing whilst customers need assistance. Not sure why they are not serving paying customers on the tills especially if there is a queue rather they are speaking amongst themselves in other languages apart from English. Exceptionally poor professional behaviour. Staff should be there to help….remember the customer is always right!

    Went into this branch 23/06/24 at around 23:15 and purchased a drink and some crisps with my partner. We paid at the self service machine & scanned our club card but were unable to get a receipt (likely due to the machine having no till roll). My partner then decided to have a look at some other drinks next to the self service, whilst holding the items we’d already paid for. We were about to leave the store when we were called back by 2 members of staff on tills (next to the self service machines). They asked us if we paid and we said yes we did, told them how much the items cost both with and without our club card & which self service we used. They believed we didn’t pay and asked to see our club card, so we showed them and they scanned it to see our purchase history to later find out, we did in fact pay.once the staff (a slim Asian lady and young black male) were satisfied that we’d paid after checking our club card we were told “ok”…not even a thank you and/or apology….. All of this could’ve been solved had the staff paid more attention & ensured the tills had till roll in them so customers could request a receipt…. Yes, unfortunately there are people in this world who shoplift but implying that paying customers haven’t paid & not even issuing an apology & holding yourself accountable for your mistake is just wrong.

    Tried to return a parcel using evri and they said it is a packageless service and the guy has this “don’t care “ attitude. Even said that he doesn’t know what this mean and for sure none of his colleagues knew either. You guys need to provide some costumer services training to your stuff..

    Bad service , every time you get in the shop , security chaise you around the shop , they make you feel like you do get there , just to still something, I think these behaviour is quite bully … very disrespectful !

    A guy named Niroshan Karnan who works in this shop was very kind, available, and lovely with me the other day. He helped me with a package and label that I needed to send by EVRI courier. He scanned my parcel for me solving the issue I had regarding the same matter in the previous shop. Thanks to Niroshan my label was accepted by the EVRI scanner system and my parcel finally sent. I wish more people like this guy would work in shops. Thank you.

    Just not enough staff in store. The ones that are there absolutely lovely and are doing a great job, but Tescos are really scrimping on their labour and relying on self service tills too much when they should be putting some of that profit back into peoples wages.

    It is constantly disappointing how many of the fridges are not working and thus lacking stock. The staff are really hit and miss. Some are very pleasant and others don't have a clue about customer service.
