   The store manager and most of their colleagues and the security staff are helpful. There have been issues in terms of shop opening times where a female staff member has been late opening in numerous occasions, and issues when you need to be served with only one member of staff on the shop floor. There is a staff member that works there that will always verbally move you out the way when shopping in order for him to restock. This is an issue as it happens on multiple occasions and its always and mainly in the direction you tend to shop. Ive found that he uses cages most of the time, and is very impatient when wanting to shop. It is awkward when he is on shift because i feel like i am inconveniencing him. He rarely makes me feel like i am there to shop, or welcomed by him to shop, but an inconvenience to his structure which makes it awkward. (NB:) The picture I have added has been taken from someone else's post as I have identified that this is the gentleman that behaves in this way. I do not own this picture nor do i have any pictures of him myself.

   Cashier at the tills was quite dismissive when I tried to redeem a voucher here. He did not even attempt to manually input the voucher (which I know can be done) and was very eager for me to get a move on. I understand that it’s a busy time of year but the attitude just makes for poor service and impacts everyone working there. Unfortunate.

   Dear Greengate Tesco Team, Today I visited your Greengate store to pick up a few items, and I wanted to share some positive feedback about my experience. While shopping, my basket became quite full, and as I was waiting in the queue a member of staff kindly noticed and helped lift my basket onto the till point when I was ready to be served. I was then warmly greeted by the cashier, who made packing my shopping simple and stress-free. Unfortunately, while packing, I placed a box of chocolates to one side to avoid them being squashed and accidentally left them behind at the till point. I only realised once I arrived home, so I returned to the store with my receipt, worried that they may have gone missing. When I came back, security was very helpful and directed me to a member of staff. As I was explaining the situation, I noticed the same staff member who had helped me earlier. He immediately understood, pointed behind the till, and showed me that my box of chocolates had been safely kept. I am extremely grateful for the honesty, kindness, and helpfulness of your team. The staff were approachable, attentive, and clearly willing to help, especially during what I know is a very busy time of year.    If I could give zero stars i would. I have been.woring this week 60 hours in a busy environment and i woke up really down.this morning , no coffee, went out to by some baguette for the kids . I was bearly managing to see what i was doing and whilst at the pay machine, i wasn't able to locate the bar code on the packiging to scan the product. The security man.from there, without anyone to call him, literally comes over and starts beligerently acuse me that " what's wrong with you"?. I told him to mind his own business and speak nicely with customers. He literally started to laugh after i have told him i will be complaining to Tescos. Looking at the comments below, clearly this is a pattern and the staff at this shop are not well trained to work in retail . I am really disgusted by the treatment i was given by this security officer who was really rude and patronising. Given to this , i will stop doing shopping at Tesco moving forward and i will share this experience to all my neighbours, friends , etc. Shamefull !!!!!!

   I recently visited Tesco for a quick meal deal and was really disappointed with the experience. First off, they were running low on almost everything—there were barely any meal deal options left, and it felt like they hadn’t restocked properly. I managed to grab a pasta, but then they didn’t even have any forks available. The staff had such a bad attitude about it, like I was inconveniencing them for simply wanting to eat my food properly. The whole experience felt frustrating and unwelcoming. Tesco really needs to improve both their stock levels and their customer service.

   I love shopping at Tesco! The store is always clean and well-stocked, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate the wide selection of organic and locally-sourced products. The prices are great, too! I'm also a big fan of their loyalty program, which offers discounts and other rewards. The online ordering system is easy and efficient, and delivery is fast and convenient. Overall, Tesco is a great place to shop for groceries!

   Convenient carpark but avoid parking here on Sundays, unless you want your car blocked in by overcrowded parking. Staff are oblivious to customers. They’re either restocking shelves, busy chatting to colleagues, and sometimes mocking customers in their language. A lot of crime takes place here, the security guards at this store might as well not be here. It’s in a good location, with parking so 3 stars for this but otherwise not a pleasant shopping experience.

   They always restocking at the busiest hours.. staff are completely unhelpfully and speak in their own language which is very rude. And it's just too small, constantly bumping into people and staff restocking shelves. Stressful shopping.

   Always short of stock and staff. Have to wait ages to get served. Also staff very ignorant about there products. Ask them for an item and they don’t know what it is
