   TK Maxx at Manchester Fort is one of the better branches in the city when it comes to product variety and store layout. The shop is quite spacious and well-organized compared to some other locations — the aisles are wide, and it’s easy to move around even during busy hours. The menswear and footwear sections are especially good here, with brands like Nike, Calvin Klein, and Levi’s often available at big discounts. The home section upstairs (if applicable) also has some hidden gems — candles, kitchenware, and home décor pieces at bargain prices. Staff are generally friendly and helpful, especially at the tills. The queue system moves fast even during weekends, though the fitting rooms can get quite busy.    Staff are now telling customers to finalise and head to the tills 30-40 mins before close. Staff block off the upstairs department to stop customers browsing during this period too. Staff are walking round telling customers to go to the tills or leave basically…bit frustrating to be told what do to during the stores opening hours.

   Just been there for couple of mints for quick shop. The Manchester Fort TkMaxx store manager is extremely rude and disrespectful; she needs to learn more about offering excellent customer service. The store is disorganized, the merchandise is all displayed in a way that makes it appear to be second-hand, and on top of that, the manager doesn't treat all customers equally. telling the customer to leave the store even though she didn't swear; at her instead, she simply raised her voice at the manager because the manager was so rude.
