   The new and improved MnS food is lovely. Lots to choose from and. as usual, appealing to the eye. However, my Christmas visit was a nightmare. The trolleys are too big for the aisles and as it was so packed, there were jams everywhere. The big shop that I intended never came to fruition as anxiety took over and I had to get out. The staff were friendly and helpful.

   Love the improvement and more spacious. Nice addition to the area and for the locals. Ashame a out the M&S cafe not being available. Instead a small coffee on the go area.

   Lovely clean huge shop. Very friendly security who greet everyone and Lovely staff throughout the store. Hot chicken deli counter is brilliant. Only thing it could do with is a sit down cafe. There's plenty of space and a captive audience in the local work spots. It would be full every day.

   The Store was made larger back in July this year! But I do think that the food hall is cramped in places especially in the isle between the cold storage units. But saying that we do like the quality of the food and clothing...

   Previous review - 2021 Lovely range of products, high quality and prices are (now) more reasonable than before! Worth a special trip. Now - 2022 Often finding their is limited stock and no availability, quality on some things isn’t much better than Aldi, prices creeping up - so often not worth it.

   Constantly disappointing experience - fairly big yet somehow you never quite find what you need - limited models of things like jeans are available. Changing rooms close 2 hours before the store closes, which is probably the only reason I’d want to come into a physical store to begin with.

   I came with my 2 granddaughters to your store on the Sevenoaks Way for them to have a bra fitting today. I felt I had to let know that the lady who did the fitting was so good, (I think her name was Tricia,) she put the girls at ease from the very beginning and talked them through the whole process. Young girls can get a bit embarrassed when having this service but she made sure they they were alright with everything in a very kind and professional manner. She was very knowledgeable about the type of bra they should have and advised them accordingly. We left the store with their purchases and would definitely return to your store when they need this service in the future. Please pass on my thanks to her.
