   It needs updating ok Google as it says its open till 5pm Saturdays but it isn't ive got bad arthritis in both my knees but still made it to the chemist to pick my prescription up but it was shut when I arrived here at 4pm

   Second time using this pharmacy and being overcharged. Charged for a double prescription for 1 item. Unbelievable overcharged for something that could have been purchased over the counter should have cost £3 instead of over £9 and the pharmacy refused to take back an unopened sealed item. Normally a pharmacy will tell you if an item is cheaper to purchase over the counter. Service is awful here after having multiple problems with this pharmacy I will not be using them again.

   Staff lied to me about the reasons for my prescription not being ready. This has happened before so this time I checked with the doctors and low and behold it was a fib. Makes me wonder how many times I've been lied to in the past. To top it off I was met with passive aggressive customer service even though I walked in with a smile on my face and even asked how their day was going. Just rude. I will gladly walk to the next nearest chemist now for my prescriptions.

   Big super store with a chemist indoors. They have everything you need for colds flu and you can pick up a prescription and they also do delivery. Staff pleasant and experienced all in all a good establishment I fully endorse this shop/chemist

   Very poor service, repeat prescriptions taking over a week to get ready, staff attitude to there work is horrendous to say the least. Ended up going to a different pharmacy after over a year of bad service, service & staff at Lloyds Pharmacy is going downhill quick.

   Absolutely abysmal customer service. Booked fit to fly test with them, cancelled at last minute with no help to find another test appointment whatsoever when they know you only have a 24 hour window to get this certificate. Prescription they'd had 2 weeks was out of stock, didn't bother to let us know so left us trying to get it elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone they are a complete joke!!!!!

   Absolutely abysmal service, they refuse to answer the phone when trying to check on prescriptions then try to use the excuse that you didn't call for them not doing their job and completing prescriptions. When you then make your way there to attempt to get the prescription you are flat out lied to by staff who tell you it will be ready for a specific day or time only for you to arrive and find nothing ready having to come back again the following day.
