   The worst pharmacy service ever. Book your flu vaccination to be told when you arrive (9.30 am) that they only have two (!), for the patients that booked earlier appointments, so you have to go back later. Flu crisis and they don't check if they have enough jabs for the appointments they provided. They insist you scan a code to fill a form, even when you tell them you have already filled it online at home (they will not check the computer, no). 3 ladies busy chatting with each other even after you politely ask them if the wait will last much longer. 20 minutes late for me. Very inconsiderate with us who leave the desk for (what I expected would be) a few minutes to get my jab and do my bit to stop the spread.

   Very bad experience with the staff. I had turned up at 11:50 to buy baby milk, but was refused because they closed at 12. The gentleman had allowed another person in literally 10 seconds before me and when i had explained that it's an emergency, he said we are closed even though there was 10 minutes left. I then asked why let the other person in and he said that's my good deed done for the day. Very shocking behaviour from the staff. Staff was a bald white male. Tesco need to do better.

   Hello Tesco, Unfortunately, I wanted to make a complaint but there is no email address or service where I can send an email. You can only do it when you go to the counters or to customer service, where you find people who can’t even give you an answer. I was at the Tesco Extra in Goodmayes and after doing my shopping I wanted to pay part of it in cash – they were coins, about £2 – and the cashier told me I couldn’t because the till was full and there were too many, and it was clear he didn’t want to count them. Now, legally speaking, you cannot refuse a customer paying in cash, but he added that I could go to customer service to exchange the money. Obviously, trusting the words of a Tesco employee, I paid with my card instead. I went to customer service, explained the situation, and they replied that the person working at the checkout doesn’t know how things work at customer service and that they couldn’t do anything. So if the employees don’t know the rules, why do they give false information? And if they can’t count money, why are they doing that particular job? I hope someone responds. Have a good day.

   Shop here often they get issues from time to time but resolve them. The staff are good had run ins with security guards even though they know I'm a regular shopper but after all they are only doing there job so it is a good sign for the store their secure. Plenty of staff around the store to ask for help.

   I love this tesco! The staff make it what it is. As I'm such a regular customer, I am familiar with lots of them and they really go out of their way to help their customers. Christmas was a prime example of this, they maintained their professionalism and cheer even when the store was I undated with people

   Really big mega Tesco store in Goodmayes has Pharmacy, Vision Express, Tesco Mobile and Coffee shop upstairs. Large free 2 hours car parking available and Timpson repair shop as well.

   good location with petrol station facility and capacious parking. strange behaviour of the person at self- checkout, someone paid infront of that person but still she want to check receipt, whether paid or not.

   Our local tesco in Goodmayes,located just off the High road, is a large supermarket walk stocked with goods ranging from household items to world food. The supermarket is well organised and easy to navigate through with good signage.It is well staffed and staff are always helpfull. It can get busy in the evenings. There is free parking for 3 hours.
