    I have been attending reformer 1to 1 classes with Ranjit for over a year, I feel more energised, leaner and mentally more resilient. I have a new grandson and I have been more than able to keep up with all the extra support I needed to provide. Ranjit is very personable, knowledgeable and puts safety first, she is also hot on sanitising everything!!! Ranjit tailors my sessions to my needs and is worth every penny. I hesitated for over 2 years before joining, big mistake. This is “me time” and I look forward to my class, which is all down to Ranjit. Thank you Ranjit see you next week !!

    I joined Ranjit in July 2025 and have absolutely no regrets. I can't recommend her classes enough. After experiencing different types of injuries and having a typcal working week consisting of sitting infront of a laptop for atleast 10 hours a day. I stopped going to the gym and stopped exercising altogether because I allowed these factors to take over. My motivation for exercise wasn't the same, I'd gone from training between three to five times a week, which involved a lot of intense exercises, to nothing. Before joining Ranjits classes my plan was to try them out for a couple of months just to get my body use to moving again and then I'd join a gym afterwards. After a few weeks I've established that there's no need for a gym. I'm getting everything I need from attending Ranjits classes. I attend sessions three times a week which is a mixtute of pilates, yoga, including chair yoga and strength and conditioning classes. I am very pleased with the results I've seen so far. I am stronger, more toned and have maintained my weight loss as well as increasing my flexibility and improved posture. I've achieved all this in such a short space of time and without having to damage or kill myself for it. Ranjit is extremely knowledgeable and she knows her profession well. I do the group classes which are small and intimate and enables Ranjit to be attentive to her clients. Ranjit pays attention to your every move and will always ensure you are applying the right techniques. As well as her great sense of humour, Ranjit makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable and you immediately feel like you belong. I can see me being with Ranjit for years to come. Attending her classes has put me back into a routine of exercise, giving me that quality of work life balance again during my working week and brought back my motivation for exercise. I'm always inviting people to try out Ranjits classes and that's because I truly believe in the benefits and I can evidence the results.

    Ranjit is awesome! I’ve been going to her Pilates classes for a few months now and I can definitely feel some improvement to my core strength.     Ranjit is extremely professional and highly knowledgeable. I visited 722 Training House to resolve some continuous issues I have had with my shoulder and back, she took her time to understand everything about my training history and my lifestyle and together we found out exactly why I kept having the same issues. The programme that has been put together for me has massively improved my current mobility and confidence to want to train again without pain. If you want someone who genuinely cares about you and your progress, 722 training house is the place for you. If you want someone who will tell you what you need to hear rather than what you want to hear, ranjit is the trainer for you. My long story: I have suffered with chronic back pain for 6 years, I have tried every service and support out there. None of whom have provided great relief. I have previously felt that the professionals were more interested in my money than my progress. This isn’t the case at 722 training house. I have felt supported and been given specialist knowledge which has allowed me to take things away and work on them more efficiently. For example, Ranjit helped me address where I was going wrong with my posture and gave me specific advice to prevent further issues. She gave me easy tips to help relieve my pain during the day. I always feel Ranjit goes above and beyond to ensure that I am progressing. I can’t recommend enough… Specialist knowledge, amazing customer service, and affordable prices! My journey with Ranjit started off with 1-1 sessions as I was not in a position to participate in classes. I am now in a position where I feel relief from my pain due to strengthening weak parts of my body and in a position to attend classes and even get back to the gym. Thank you Ranjit !

    Ranjit is a very knowledgeable, friendly and a brilliant PT! I first starting seeing Ranjit at 5 weeks pregnant as I was struggling to know what exercises would be safe during pregnancy. Ranjit worked with me throughout my whole pregnancy. Her pre and post natal experience meant I constantly felt in safe hands and in the best preparation for my birth. I really recommended her services, especially for pregnant or postpartum women!
