   Absolutely abysmal service. 15 minutes to pay for petrol - and only one other customer in the store. Nobody at the tills. Manager couldn't care less - needs replacing immediately.

   Store seemed ok and staff member I asked re a customer toilet was apologetic , stating it was removed years ago! Unfortunately the given details about the shop are incorrect , it has no customer toilet, let alone a wheelchair accessible toilet as advertised I had to carry on driving to the marks simply food in the BP Petrol station down ongar road in Brentwood, which has a accessible toilet.

   Terrible customer service Vika the manager was appalling the way she handles a situation she claim that her Tesco does not accept fuel cards which they clearly do because she didn't want to refund an error they made charging my account instead of the fuel card she decided to lie instead then claim that sh did not know the number for customer service and that there was no manager available to deal with the situation and she doesn't know if the manager is coming back Full of lies this woman absolutely shocking

   Fantastic facilities. I enjoyed the Pilates class. Sometimes the smaller pool is quite busy in the mornings (splash time) but I can always relax in the sauna and steam room. Best slush puppy in Brentwood.
