    The duty free at london terminal 3 is decent. I wouldn't say world class like other big airports. The alcohol is very cheap but most of the other things are expensive. Chocolates especially are very expensive here.

    encountered the worst sales assistance in World Duty Free Terminal 3 departures. The sales didn't seem to care about her job. Asked her questions, she didn't want to answer at all; ask her price, she pointed at the till without saying a word. Did not care to say a single word back to me. That kind of attitude is very bad image not only on the company, but also on the country, seriously people would think that's how British people are like. I'm talking about the sales having her shift at around 11:40am 28th Oct 2022, near La Prairie. Management, if you see this and still has no improvement, shame on you.

    I didn't know about the controversy around this place, so I'll rate as I find. There is an amazing selection of gorgeous things. Beautiful perfumes and as much booze as you could ever want. Chocolates and novelties, biscuits and watches. All yummy and delicious things. Last minute guilt ridden gifts and lovely presents. Love duty free shopping!
