Attending DL in Kidderminster has always been a great experience for myself and other members of my family. James' knowledge of the combat system and his infectious positive attitude combined with the super supportive members makes it a killer place to train and improve your fitness. Can't rate it highly enough.
Awesome classes and instructor is top notch
I have been studying our core subject of DNA ( DEFENCE IN ATTACK) now for about a year, and I can say without doubt as a self defence system you won't find one more practical and relative to today's society. I say self defence as when people look for a martial art they look for what looks good to them. This is a self defence system and NOT a sports martial art. I can say this as I have done others like Karate, Kickboxing etc etc and although they are great at a sports level or even a 1 on 1 real life situation, they don't train you for how things go down in real life. DNA will help you study this and learn this. James Boyle is a quality instructor who I can't recommend enough. The system is trained at a child's level in the super sparks class up to the highest level in the DNA X program. All I can say is bullying and attacks happen in the playground, college, parks, bars outside your home so choose somthing effective. DNA is the way forward. Get in touch. You won't regrett it.
