   Typical money hungry zero costumer care and just a complete and utter mess! Googled if they did Avri drop offs said they did only to carry my scooter there and he told me they don't. Suspect he lied out of a sheer power trip. I'm a local resident could buy couple of on the odd occasion but I won't given how I was slighted and treated almost like a pest instead of a human being with a legitimate inquiry.

   I’ve been through a nightmare with Karen Millen in the last few months after using the Evri courier services from this store. End of April 2022 - I’ve returned 5 labelled parcels and someone opened them and instead of Karen Millen, he put Shein items. I’ve been officially accused of fraud because of this and the retailer refused to refund me almost 1,000£. Hell of a service!

   I had drop my parcel last week and several times i had picked up the parcel. The way of customers services is fabulous, fantastic and the boy with glasses he was mindblowing he has good experience to take care of thier customers. He was very supportive n friendly and well behaving and taking care of thier customer i would like give 5 star to this shop

   Not great with customer service. I went to collect my parcel yesterday and I was told it wasn't there. Contacted the company and I was told the parcel was at the shop. Went I went today, the shop keeper was not bothered to look for the parcel instead he asked elelevavant questions. This made me upset as I showed him the email I received about my parcel. I will definatlely not this as an option click and collect.

   Amazing person, he closed his shop and was about to leave. I asked if I can buy a deodorant and send my parcels at 10.15 PM which was 15 past the time he normally closes as I have my flight at 4 AM. This guy is a champ, he helped me and made me send my parcels and gave me stuff I wanted to buy. 5 Stars for everything.
