   If I have a choice I would give this store a 0 stars. Absolutely no customer service, very very rude staff and no adherence to policy of return. This is an Amazon return store/ ups pickup and the Amazon return instructions are not followed by the store owner. The store owner wants to follow his own policy and doesn’t want to follow what Amazon has recommended.

   If I could give this store any less stars I would, disgusting staff rude and absolutely no customer service. So everything you can to avoid this place, hopefully if everybody avoid they will go out of business. First time in my life I have ever been charged to top up a prepaid service, two transactions is £3 sounds and feels like they are trying todo everything to make money what a disappointment

   God forbid you ever have to pick a delivery up from this place. Lazy, rude and unhelpful staff twice wouldn't bother looking for my package (even though I had ID and info) and the food items which were delivered for me went rotten as a result. I was told on the second attempt that they 'don't have the staff' even though there were two of them in an empty shop and one was sat playing with his phone when I arrived.

   AVIOD this shop - unless you like RUDE, UNHELPFUL staff! And UPS - be warned - Top Choice takes your money but cannot be bothered to help UPS customers. We tried to collect a parcel but THE GRUMPIEST SHOP ASSISTANT ON THE PLANET said we had the wrong ID. It turned out the parcel was not ourts - despite a note through our door. Even though the shop had NO customers he refused to look for our parcel. His English was minimal and very hard to understand. But he still adopted a patronising tone ! And what was even worse he seemed angry that I could not see his iphone! He simply did not care that I needed to find glasses to look for it. This shop must lose money by being rude to customers. We needed milk but couldn't face his rudeness if we tried to buy it. We went to Tesco instead. Customer service was a complete disgrace.

   Staff rude beyond belief! Went to pick up my parcel (it’s a UPS pick up point!) and the woman behind the counter refused to serve me (I was first in the queue!) as I was not a “customer”! I let one guy through but then she went on to serve other people who kept on coming in to the store! I argued that I AM a customer and the shop is getting paid for the service by UPS, yet she kept saying that I’m not a customer and told me to step aside and wait so she can serve people who purchase items at their store! So I bought a chewing gum to become her “paying customer” and she still served another new paying customer before she attended to my parcel. As if I had all the time in the world to wait! I’ll be reporting the store to UPS - they’re getting paid to receive parcels and one would expect a much better service than this!
