    An excellent little shop where you can collect or return your parcels. Run by a very friendly lady who is great at customer service, I use this shop just based on the service she gives. Another reviewer mentioned the shop is over filled, I disagree, I love seeing so much stuff you can't get in your normal shops, and they have a great American range.

    Went there for the first time to pick up a package as the shop is a drop off/ collect point. The shop is over filled with stock and feels chaotic, disordered and claustrophobic. If the shop is full how do they stay on top of keeping it clean? I definitely wouldn't return there to buy alcohol or goods given the choice let alone choose that place as a pick up point again. If you like the feeling of shopping in a store cupboard this shop is for you.

    Another horrible experience at this dusty expensive shop from the rude occupants . Went to pick up my Amazon parcel and the assistant refused unless I gave her my Driving license . It Amazons policy which I know it isn’t . She would have none of it . I spoke to Amazon after and they confirmed you don’t need to show you ID . It comes as no surprise every time I drive passed the owner is standing out side his gloomy shop . 1st rule of business is customer friendly service and not demands for ID . And if this business is so security conscious why are the Amazon parcels stored on the floor next to the shop door ? To sum up my experience today. Rude rude rude . Amazon have been informed.firstly as your business doesn’t seem to have a website or email I’ll have to use this platform . I request you delete any cctv of myself . Also by your own admission you have broken gdpr law by sharing my image with Amazon . I will be taking legal action against brookmans wine . I will also be informing the ico who will In turn investigate so I hope you’re registered for cctv . You have the audacity to deprive me of my property and then get on here threatening me . And on yell as well . Delete my information and apologise and I ll take it no further. .

    Loads and loads of really old school beer from the golden days of craft beer. Obviously best to avoid any old pale ales but a treasure trove for stout lovers.

    Pretty good selection of craft beer from UK and beyond, plenty of European stuff including some lambics. Also has the largest selection of spirits I've seen in a local wine shop. Just keep an eye out for best before dates.

    Had a lovely chat with the lady in the shop, what looks like a great selection of beer, come round to drinking them and finding 4 out of 5 bottles are years out of date. Not only that but also a very obvious attempt at covering the dates up by covering with permanent marker and then celo-taping a label ontop naming the style of beer. 2 of the bottles have the dates just scratched out in order for customers to not be able to read it. It’s one thing selling out of date products but to blatantly cover it up is disgusting. See picture below of an example, underneath the label stuck on by Brookmans Wines, underneath the best before date of 2018, bottled in 2017. If I hadn’t of brought them how long would they have sat on the shelves for?

    I had problems with UPS website saying that the parcel had not been picked up. All resolved with help in the shop. Really helpful and concerned. They did everything correctly. The fault was with the on-line reporting systems. I've used Brookmans Wines a few times and they have not let me down...ever
