   I had a very disappointing experience at this off-licence store. The staff were extremely rude, unhelpful, and showed very poor customer service skills. When I went to collect my parcel, they refused to give it to me simply because they didn’t seem to understand how their own parcel system works. Instead of trying to help or check properly, the staff behaved unprofessionally and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. It’s clear they have no proper training on how to treat customers or handle basic services. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good service.

   This is genuinely the worst convenience store. There is minimal convenience in the store. The shopkeepers are petulant, always on their phones or away from the cash desk. They are disrespectful and full of themselves. The lady shopkeeper claims six years of service but demonstrates abysmal customer service.

The price is in the shop are also at the normal rates not high top like other shops nearby I recommend you pop in and they’ll look after you Forgot it, and the parcel service is 10 out of 10 , They won’t let you down

   Friendly staff, excellent service and the store is very neat and clean. It’s absolutely the best shop in Mitcham and they offer different services like Paypoint, Payzone, parcel service of DPD, UPS and Amazone, Lottery, Deliveroo services, Western Union and RIA. They sell groceries for very good prices. When you’re a regular, loyal customer and you would like to buy a specific product what they don’t normally sell, the owner will ensure to get that product for you. He definitely meets the needs of the customers. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone!
