   I bought two items separatertly and had no other choice of another shop to pick up. I didn't realise that both items were there on the same day so I went in on the Friday 18th July and the Gentleman was so nice and helpful I told my husband who was waiting for me I said ill be happy to go there again. The next day Saturday 19th July I went back in and there was a different gentleman in and I said hello and explained that I went in the day before and didn't realise I had another parcel.I also explained that I couldn't find the barcode but had the tracking code and also that im not very technical he then in response said he didnt want to learn either. He asked my name he found my parcel went to the counter so i followed him but instead of serving me he went on to serve other customers .I told him my phone battery was running out and that I really didn't know where to find it. I explained at my local post office they can do it with the tracking code he said he isntdoing that He said hed send me something to my email so i waited but nothing.Only my phone was getting lower. I was getting more and more despete. I opened my app to look if I could find the barcode and then I found it.I told the gentleman who by this time was down the bottom of the shop and he was purposely not listening, eventually he came and i told him I found the barcode and he scanded it the he said where did I put the parcel he pretend to have misplaced it. I told him you put it just there. Has he handed it over to me he then stated speaking in his own language to me I said to him that I had no idea of what he was saying to me but if he wanted to say it in English i would be able to understand,but instead he just mutted. I said Thank you and told him that I would never use that Shop ever again. He Spoild it because the day before the gentleman was really nice.

   Today I been there as a saleswoman. I was explaining him abt product but he being so rude to me. Even I Dnt force him to take my products… I just explain him but he told me don’t teach me how to do business.. I m shilankan I have mind And he dissepect me in front of his customers… He can’t disrespect any one like this…
