    All different kinds of wrong. Wish I read the reviews before using this shop, saying that, it's hard finding a Yodel collection point, majority of the collection points on the yodel app...rubbish, many shops listed, are NOT Yodel collections. I diagress, so I took a package there on the 23rd Feb, jump forward to today 16th April, I receive a mail advising the item has not been delivered and they will be charging me for the kit. I called the Winecellar to try and figure out if the parcel left their shop and I came across the rudest, most unhelpful and very rude woman, I tried to keep calm and asked her if my parcel left her shop.....she was sooo rude, will never use this shop again.

    Do not leave any packages here. DPD dropped a package here and surprise surprise, my iPhone is finagled out of the box and they hand over an empty parcel. When I asked them directly, where is the item, the staff were elusive and dishonest.

    Do not use for parcel deliveries. My Collect+ order which was delivered to them has gone missing. Vendor has said they have returned parcel but can provide no proof of this or help with this. Rude and very poor service.

    A normal-looking offie with a pretty good beer selection. In particular, they have a nice range of London breweries and I often find new Kernel scoops in here. Prices are pretty fair. Friendly service. Certainly not a place to go out of your way to visit but, if you're walking by, I'd recommend popping in.
