    I unfortunately missed my parcel which UPS sent to Lucky’s on Maple road on Thursday 18th Dec, UPS said I would have 7days to collect which was great as I have been working. Went to collect on Saturday 19th to collect only to be informed the parcel was sent back. Looked at the tracking and it was sent back at 17:00 on Friday 18th. So they only held onto the parcel one day. No communication that they had sent it back. Please be aware especially around the Christmas period that it’s only one day they will hold it for.

    Avoid this shop for dpd pickups. The owner/proprietor seems to be on a power trip to make himself feel important, ignores you to serve his customers even if you were there first.
